INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTY

Orders placed from outside of the United States are subject to customs taxes, but not all packages are charged. It is a case by case situation. As the customer, you are liable for any additional customs taxes and payment is necessary to receive your package.

Since the Customs Duty does vary depending on the respective country's policy, the cost of shipping goes towards shipping the item only, not towards any additional customs fees.

As mentioned at checkout, Passion Planner is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur. However, if you choose to refuse the customs fee and have your package returned, we will be sure to process a refund to your original form of payment once we receive the package.
