All orders are shipped from the United States 

  • For purchases under $800 USD, processing typically takes 1 to 4 business days. 
  • For purchases of $800 USD or more, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. 
  • During high-demand periods or due to unexpected circumstances, delivery may take longer. 
  • Business days refer to Monday through Friday.
  • Once an order is on its way, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. 
    • Please note that shipping couriers may need 24 to 48 hours to update tracking links.

Shipping Within the United States

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, using Standard Domestic shipping services. 
  • Once an order is on its way, expected delivery is within 2 to 10 business days* 

Shipping to the Rest of the World

  • For international orders, we currently ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 
    • Please note that Passion Planner isn’t responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or additional service fees that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by the destination country’s customs policies.
  • Here’s a general timeline for our Standard International shipping
    • Canada — 4 to 10 business days*
    • United Kingdom & Germany — 4 to 8 business days*
    • Netherlands — 5 to 14 business days*
    • Australia & New Zealand — 8 to 14 business days*
    • Rest of the World — 4 to 14 business days*

*These timeframes are based on the shipping courier's estimates and they are solely responsible for meeting these timeframes.

  • Shipping duration will take longer during the holiday peak season due to shipping courier's volume.
  • Be sure to double check items in the cart and the that shipping address is correct. 
  • Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to change or cancel the order.
  • Once an order is shipped from our fulfillment facilities, we do not have any influence on the package tracking or shipping/delivery speed.
  • We are not responsible or have any control over potential delays experienced by the shipping couriers.
