Our mission is to support intentional living, no matter your circumstances. If you or someone you know needs a planner, but cannot afford one, you can download a free version here. Passion Planner is also available for download in Spanish, French, and Italian.

REFUND POLICY: FIRST-TIME CUSTOMERS

Welcome to the #PashFam! We’re honored and grateful you’re here. To help you feel confident trying out our planning system, we give first-time customers 90 days to try Passion Planner risk-free.

  • Paper planner: 90 days from the Delivery Date

  • Digital planner: 90 days from the Order Date

If you’re not satisfied with the Passion Planner Weekly, Daily, or Digital planner, simply contact Customer Support for a product refund. Please note, shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis for all orders and may require photos or video as part of servicing customers.

  • Physical products: Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the Delivery Date.

  • Digital products: Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the Order Date.

Refunds cover Passion Planner products and applicable sales tax only. Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and typically take 5–10 business days to appear. You’ll receive a refund confirmation email once processed.


FINAL SALE 

  • Daily sets sold as one unit are final sale and non-refundable.

  • All “Bundle” and “Save More” promotions are final sale and non-refundable (e.g. Buy X, Get Y; Mix & Match; Build Your Bundle, Gift Sets).

  • All wholesale and bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Passion Planner does not accept return shipments of products, and we are unable to accommodate exchanges.

To ensure you receive the right products, please double-check that the product type, color, start day and size are correct before completing your order. By placing your order, you acknowledge that all order information is correct, including the shipping address and payment method. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or edited.

Received a Passion Planner as a gift? Contact our Customer Support team with the gifter’s name, order number, and/or email address for further assistance.


DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing item(s), please contact Customer Support within 14 Days of the Delivery Date. 

Please contact Customer Support for issues pertaining to the product’s components or performance. 

We’ll be happy to help and may require photos or video as part of servicing customers. 


PRICING, PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

  • Promotional pricing applies only to selected products for a limited time, while supplies last.

  • Promotions or discount codes may lower your order subtotal below the minimum for free US or CA shipping. The minimum spend must be met after discounts to qualify. To learn more about our Free Shipping policies, see here.

  • Only one discount code may be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined or “stacked.”

  • Promotions, discount codes, flash sales, and free gift-with-purchase offers cannot be applied retroactively to past orders. 

  • Orders must be placed during the promotional period to qualify.


RESERVED RIGHTS AND LEGAL NOTICE

Passion Planner reserves the right to review, define, limit, and deny refunds if suspicious or irregular activity is suspected.

Refunds or services may be denied due to:

  • Excessive or irregular refund history.

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

We reserve the right to deny service to any customer or entity for similar reasons.
