Gift exchanges can only be processed as store credit. The value of the store credit will match the amount originally paid by the gift giver.

To locate the purchase, we'll need one of the following from the gift recipient: 

• Order number 
• Gift giver’s full name
• Gift giver's email address

If none of this information can be provided, we will be unable to process the exchange.
